Why is the world in so much wild, worried, warring turmoil?

Absolute Answer
"It ain’t the economy, stupid. It ain’t the war, it ain't politics, stupid!"

IT’S OUR SINS!

"Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save;

nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God,

and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear.

For your hands are defiled with blood, your fingers with iniquity;

your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.

None calls for justice, none pleads for truth:

they trust in vanity, and speak lies;

they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

Their works are works of iniquity (breaking God's Laws),

and the violence act is in their hands.

Their feet run to evil, they make haste to shed innocent blood:

their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity (breaking God's Laws);

wasting and destruction are in their paths.

The way of peace they know not; there is no justice in their ways:

they have made crooked paths: whoever goeth there will not know peace.

America's Prime Trouble

we are living like
"God gave His Ten Commandments just to see His name in print."

God’s Ten Commandments
"You shall have no other gods before Me.
You shall not make or bow to idols.

You shall not use God’s name in vain.
You shall keep holy His Sabbath.
You shall honor father and mother.
You shall do no murder.
You shall do no adultery.
You shall not steal.
You shall not bear false witness (lie).
You shall not covet."

Breaking God’s Commandments brings sick, sorry, sad, mad, bad news consequences - sooner or later - every time. We see it every day.

Breaking God’s Laws brings trouble to any people and nation that ignores, denies, defies God’s high, holy, happy, helping Word - the Bible. Count on it. We’re seeing it daily.

God's Laws for Man's Good

God gave His Laws for mankind’s good - worldwide. God blesses all who believe and obey Him. God’s First Law is loud and clear for all to hear:

"I AM the LORD your God,
You shall have no other gods before Me."

Deuteronomy 28 - God promised Israel His absolute-power "blessings" to them - and to any nation that believes in Him, obeys His high, holy Laws -

revealed by the One and Only Creator LORD God Almighty of the Bible.

Deuteronomy 28 - God also promised His absolute-power judgment-curses (lost blessings) on Israel - and on any nation on the planet - that chooses "other gods" which never bless anyone.

Third-World Poor

Do you notice - most "third-world" nations are in deep poverty, far below

the good living standards enjoyed by America and other affluent nations. Why is that? Simple. Because they choose to ignore te one true God of the Bible, and follow false-gods - or a perverted, distorted pseudo-Christianity.

Think about it. Pick any country, anywhere on the planet. Where people

bow to false god religions, most live in deep, dark poverty and misery.

God Blessed America

God blessed America - a nation begun, based, built by people who believed in the One and Only true Creator-Savior LORD God of the Bible. America has long honored the Bible’s clear, certain truths and values.

America Began Honoring the God of the Bible

Early American founding documents reveal this openly. From the 1620 Mayflower Compact, to the 1643 New England Articles of Confederation, to the 1776 Declaration of Independence - the one and only Creator God Almighty is happily named and honored.

All 50 of the United States of America

began their constitution preambles giving thanks to
"Almighty God the Divine Creator."

The Laws of the LORD God of the Bible, with their pure power-principles are displayed in our nation's Capital, and all across our beloved America. In our Supreme Court and on our coins and currency we still declare -

"In God we trust."

God Blesses All People

God blesses all people on planet earth - good and bad, true and false, just and unjust. Every heartbeat, life-breath, muscle-movement, good mind-thought - is God’s personal gift to every living being. Believe it. And when God stops giving us life - we die. Believe that too. You know it's true.

God Blesses All Nations

God blesses all nations on planet earth. Jesus said it: "God makes His sun rise on the evil and the good, sends His rain on the just and the unjust"

(Matthew 5:45). God blesses all nations - even those who reject Him for their false "other gods."

God’s Three-fold Blessings

God's highest blessings and best benefits are to nations and peoples who believe in Him, obey His high, holy Word. His blessings are three-fold:

One: God blesses in Giving us His good.
Two: God blesses in Guarding us from evil - people and things.
Three: God blesses in Guiding us to His greater blessings.

America began as "one nation under God" - believing in the one true Creator Savior LORD God Almighty of the Bible. In trouble we still sing:

"God bless America, Land that I love;
Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with the Light from above."

God still Commands all People on the Planet

"Have no other gods beside Me!"

America is now a "multi-false-god" nation - leaving the one true Lord God of the Bible - who "shed His grace on thee, from sea to shining sea."

Millions in America now follow false gods. God said - "Thou shalt not!"

Foreigners enjoy America's blessings - yet bow to "other gods." God says "Thou shalt not!" And - America is rapidly losing God's blessings.

The word "God" is now used as a "generic" that can mean anyone's "god" -no longer only the Lord God of the Bible - who has so blessed our America.

Thus says the LORD God of the Bible,

He who created the heavens, He who spread out the earth,

and what comes from it,

He who gives breath to people, and spirit to all who walk in it:
"I, even I, am the LORD - Jehovah -

beside Me there is no Savior."

Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, Redeemer, the LORD of hosts:

"I am the First, I am the Last; beside Me is no God.
"I am the LORD - Jehovah - there is none else, no God beside Me"

(Isaiah chs 42; 43; 44; 45).

Query

Why does the LORD God of the Bible declare His so very exclusive decree:

"Have no other gods before Me?"

Why?

Answer

Because of God’s so great love - for you too!

You see - the fact is - there is no "other god." All "other gods" that people follow, fear, revere - are fiction. Myths. God calls all who believe and bow to them - "fools." Why does He care? Because all who follow "other gods" miss the one and only true Savior-Lord God and His salvation.

Other gods Can’t

"Other gods" can't give life or blessings. "Other gods" can't forgive sins, nor remove sin-guilt. "Other gods" can't save people from going to Hell. "Other gods" can't give eternal life, can't create a truly "born again" child of the living God, can't take anyone to Heaven. "Other gods" don't even exist.

Satan and his fallen evil-angel demon-spirits - deceive dupes into bowing to mythic "other gods." All who do - shut themselves out from the one and only true and living Creator LORD God and Messiah-Savior - King Jesus. And they shut themselves in to - eternal just judgment.

"God So Loved the World"

The Bible says, God is not willing that anyone perish - forever "Go to Hell."

So - in His great amazing grace and love - God calls all on the planet - in every century, country, culture, color, class, creed - to trust in Jesus -

"For God so loved the world

that He gave His only begotten Son (on the Cross)

so that whoever believes in Him should not perish (go to Hell forever)

but have everlasting life."

Jesus said it:
"I Am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life,

no one comes to the Father (in Heaven) except thru Me."

II Peter 3:9

"God is not slack concerning His promise (to judge sinners), but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that anyone perish,

but that all come to repentance."

(John 3:16; 14:6; II Peter 3:9)

God Blessed America

God blessed America. For 400 years He guided us to discover, invent, make use of the myriad good things that make this land the envy of all nations.

"Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me,

bless His holy name.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits."

(Psalm 103)

God blessed America. Yet, He is ignored, denied, defied by millions who

"mooch" His daily blessings, but follow "other gods." Or no god at all.

God blessed America. Yet, politician law-makers outlaw children praying to

Him or reading His holy Bible - whenever, wherever they choose. We adults allow this blasphemy - then wonder why our teens and children are

into booze, drugs, sex-sins, suicide, abortion, stealing, lying, coveting.

False-god Foreigners Seek

America’s Blessings.

They are Welcome to our Savior Lord Jesus too.

God blessed America. And millions leave their own lands - to come here - to share freedoms of our God blessed America. Yet, many still bow to their "other gods" - insisting, persisting in resisting the one and only true and living LORD God of the Bible - the God who so blesses our America.

Tragic Cost of Ignoring the God of the Bible

We allow "other god" false religions into America, who now deceive, divide, divert us from the one Creator LORD God. Yet, in their own lands, the

worship of the God of the Bible - is penalized by prison - and even death. And, as current events show, God is now telling rebel, multi-god America -

"If you want to follow other gods - be My guest -

but you will lose My best blessings."

Again -

God’s threefold blessings to all who love Him:
1- He Gives us His good
2- He Guards us from evil - people and things
3- He Guides us to His greater blessings

But - when the one true God of the Bible lifts His loving blessings - when He stops giving His good, stops guarding us from evil - bad things happen.

Then evil terrorists fly our own planes into our buildings - thousands die. Wars happen, thousands more die and are maimed. Billions of dollars are wasted that could be better spent to help hungry, hurting people. Killer storms happen, like Katrina, destroy big cities. Tsunamis happen in mid-ocean - hundreds of thousands die, millions more flee for their lives. Again, billions wasted while multi-millions suffer.

God's Blessings Lost

All this and more is God’s blessing lost. Because the one, only true LORD

God Almighty of the Bible still says - "Have no other gods before Me."

You see it, don’t you!

God did NOT give His Laws just to see His name in print.

God gave His Laws for Man's Good!

God gave Command # One - because - believing Him is the only way any

nation - America too - can keep seeing His loving, gracious blessings. Believe it.
Many Americans call "Christmas" some other name. The Christmas glory-angel spoke at the birth of Jesus -

"Fear Not!
Behold, I bring Good News of great joy to all people -
the Savior - Christ the Lord."

God’s Good News in this bad news world - to America - to any nation - is in the Messiah Savior - Jesus Himself! God’s Good News is still open and offered to all people on the planet - who choose to come in simple trust to

the Lord Jesus Christ.

America Beautiful Again

Can our beloved America can be beautiful again - free from fear, with true love, joy, peace of heart and mind. Yes! Absolutely! Can America be blessed by God again, Given His good, Guarded by Him from evil people and attacks, Guided to His ever greater blessings? Yes! Absolutely!

But only - if - IF - we repent - fall before Messiah-Savior Jesus. He said it -

"If My people, who are called by My name,
will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face,
and turn from their wicked ways,
then I will hear from Heaven, will forgive their sin,
will heal their land."
The one and only true and living Triune LORD God Amighty -

God the Father, with God the Spirit,

spoke to all on the planet of God the Savior-Son Jesus -

"This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.

You hear Him!"

Jesus still says it - to you too -
"Come to Me all who labor - heavy-laden -
I will rest you.
Yolk to Me, Learn from Me, you will find soul-rest."

Jesus calls to Himself all on this sin-guilty globe.

God Will NOT Bless America

God will NOT Give us His good. God will NOT Guard us from evil people -deceivers, dangers, diseases, disasters, death - NOT as long as we live like

"any god will do, or no god at all."

The LORD God of the Bible still says it -

"You shall have no other gods before Me."

God is ready, willing, able - to bless America again -

if - IF - we turn to Him - to trust and obey Him - in Jesus.

God did NOT give us His high, holy, happy Laws

just to see His name in print.

God still will bless us - IF - we "Have no other gods."

God said it! That settles it! Believe it!
Simply say to Him:

"Lord Jesus, I trust in You."
